SOLUTION
We will be implementing and providing a turn key based Secured and Encrypted Live Streaming solution to monitor each critical polling booth. We will install an IP Camera on each polling booth assigned to us by the concerned authority for which live monitoring is to be done. These IP camera will compress the audio and video to a highly compressible codec so that audio-video can be carried on low bandwidth Internet connection. This compressed feed will be fed to the CDN servers with a low latency and direct connection without any additional Hardware. CDN will serve these live feed securely to monitoring interface which can be accessed by the election monitoring officials as per their hierarchical level access. CDN will have inbuilt load bearing and sharing technology so that any number of polling booths can be streamed live and monitored simultaneously. The monitoring interface will be easy to use and operate and need a little technical know how. A support team which will provide 24x7 premium support.
